Player starts Win8 guest, 2 seconds black and then returns to player GUI

Hi All,

I used Converter to create a Windows 8.1 64bit VM from an existing laptop.

On another 64 bit laptop host I try to start this VM via Player. It gives me a 2 seconds black background and then returns to the players GUI. No error messages given.

This host laptop runs Windows 8.1 as host, and the player can run other  Windows 8.1 64 bit VMs without problems.

I tried a lot (possible solutions found via Google), but result stays the same.

Att: vmx and log.

Any ideas?
