Close VMware without shutdown server

Hello, I am using vmware player for sap hana express edition, for training purposes.

I want to ask you if there is a way to close vmware and release all resources of my laptop without shutdown the hana server.

Because if I shutdown the server when I open again the vmware I must startup again hana db and apps and this is taking more than 30 min.

So is there any way to do it?
