Can't install VMware Player on Linux

Hi,

I was trying to install VMware Player in Ubuntu 19.10 but couldn't do it. Saw a thread here saying that maybe it is because one can't have VMRC and VMware Player installed in the same machine.

So I tried to uninstall VMRC but it fails as well.

Logs of VMware Installer are attached.

uname -a

So, I need to uninstall VMRC? If yes, how do I do it?

If I don't need to uninstall VMRC, how do I install VMware Player?
